News reaching us indicates that 4th republic senator at the return of democracy in 1999, Senator Adebayo Salami has died in the United States. He was the Senator representing Osun Central between 1999 and 2003 under the Alliance for Democracy (AD).
He was also a leader within his community as Baba Adinni of Osogbo.
Senator Bayo Salami was 67 years old.
